Raila to sue Ruto over Mumias sugar debt claims?

Nairobi - CORD leader Raila Odinga will take legal action on Deputy President William Ruto if he does nit take back his claims that he owes Mumias Sugar Company KES 40 million.
Raila's brother Oburu Odinga says that unless Ruto apologizes, action will be taken on the matter.
" We cannot stand here and watch as the DP spoil Raila's name. He must apologize immediately," Oburu said in a press statement Sunday.
The move backed up claims he made the previous day while on tour in Muhoroni Saturday, where he told off Ruto and the government over the sugar deal with Uganda.
Raila has also come out to defend himself over Ruto's claims, saying he owes Mumias nothing.
" Let those with stories that I owe Mumias come out with proof," he stated.
Ruto and Raila have been on each other's necks in recent times, over several issues that have threatened to pass as personal.
Most recently, the two have haggled over the deal to import sugar from Uganda, with Raila calling it a raw deal to the local sugar industry and Ruto terming his claims as loose and lacking in direction.
