Raila takes war to Ruto's background

Nairobi - CORD leader Raila Odinga will tour the south Rift over the weekend, starting with Uasin Gishu County Friday.
The CORD luminary will tour Deputy President William Ruto's home-ground and take part in what the party has described as matters to do with his party Orange Democratic Movement, ODM.
It is expected that he will seek reports on the progress of the Okoa Kenya Referendum as well as look for a way forward in dealing with the dwindling popularity of the party in the region.
He is also expected to tour Migori County on Saturday and Kuria Sunday.
Whilst there, he will also meet with the party leaders on the ground to discuss matters pertaining to the party.
Meanwhile, Raila took time Thursday to visit Mama Dyness Mwakalindo, mother to Taita Taveta County MP and ODM Secretary for International Affairs Hon Joyce Wanjala Lay, as she recuperates in hospital.
The former Prime Minister expressed his concern for her well being and wished her a quick recovery taking note of her invaluable contribution as an opinion leader among women in Taita Taveta County.
Today, the Rt Hon Raila Odinga took time off his schedule to visit Mama Dyness Mwakalindo, mother to Taita Taveta County MP and ODM Secretary for International Affairs Hon. Joyce Wanjala Lay, as she recuperates in hospital.
