Nairobi - CORD leader Raila Odinga returns from a week long European visit to pressing concerns at home.
Raila will return Tuesday from Germany where he has gone to source funding and investment for County governments.
He has been on the trip with Mombasa team, Governor Ali Hassan Joho and Senator Hassan Omar.
Odinga will return to find the CORD juggernaut moving forward with the referendum signature collection hitting above 3 million of the 5 million signatures needed by the coalition to push through a referendum by popular vote.

" He will return Tuesday and will get back on the referendum campaign immediately, his spokesman Dennis Onyango said over the weekend.
Also on his agenda in the coming months will be to solve issues closer to home.
The promise of ODM elections before the end year will be high on his thinking, especially with pressure from Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba and his counterpart Dr Agnes Zani.

Ababu threatened to quit ODM unless elections were done and that will be a place to watch closely.
" The elections will be a matter of concern for Raila. He has taken a break and I'm sure he will have the elections at the back of his mind, political analyst John Musau says.
It promises to be an interesting couple of months for Raila and CORD.
