Nairobi - Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria insists that CORD leaders Raila Odinga, Anyang Nyong'o and Martha Karua fixed Deputy President William Ruto at the International Criminal Court ICC.
Kuria stated in a press conference Tuesday that his conscience is clear over the matter and that he is willing and ready to cooperate with the International Criminal Court ICC over the matter.
He also said that he had no hard feelings mentioning the three leaders and was adamant that by saying the truth, it would set him free.
" I have said it and now I have called you all here to say it again. Raila, Nyong'o and Kuria were involved in fixing the Deputy President at the ICC and I am not afraid to say so," he said.
He also stated that any threats to taker him to court would yield nothing.
" I am not afraid to go to court because I have said the truth and nothing else," he added.
Karua has so far given Kuria an ultimatum to apologize over the claims or be taken to court.
Raila has always denied involvement in the case and Nyong'o has not yet remarked on the matter.
Ruto is currently at the ICC trying to defend himself over Crimes Against Humanity charges at the court in relation to his involvement in the 2008 Post Election Violence PEV.
He has all through stated his innocence.
He is co accused together with journalist Joshua Sang.
The ICC is set to release a statement on Kuria's comments and is likely to take his claims seriously, given past claims of influencing witnesses taking place at the court.
