Rabbit thanks his fans for making him king

Nairobi - Kevin Ombima, better known as Rabbit (Kaka Sungura) has given a public shout out to his fans and friends for making him the biggest winner at the Mdundo awards which were held last Thursday.

The rapper, whose style and swagger caused ripples on his arrival into the scene in 2006 and broke out into the scene with his track “Niko Kwa Jam Nacome” has yet again shown why he is one of the biggest rappers in the country.

His tracks Ligi Soo and Ligi Soo remix were the most downloaded on the platform hence the numerous nominations and awards.

In the awards ceremony, he won awards in the categories of: Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the year, Hip-hop artists of the Year. He wrote to thank his fans saying.

 “Thanks for making King Kaka Number 1. 3 Awards in 1 Night. 1. Artiste of the year/ Most downloaded artiste. 2. Male artiste of the year/ Most downloaded Male. 3. Hip Hop artiste of the year & Kaka Empire's Kanana 'Ni Mapenzi Tu' Courtesy of Mdundo Awards. LIGI BADO NI SOOOOO. ASANTENI & BE BLESSED, he wrote.
