Nairobi - Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma says that Deputy President William Ruto must step aside and await investigations over corruption allegations.
Kaluma was speaking Monday at Parliament buildings said that Ruto had been mentioned in too many corruption scandals for him to remain in office.
" Ruto must step aside and allow investigations," he stated.
Ruto has been accused of interfering with the tendering process of a proposed KES 28 billion Moi Referral Hospital in Eldoret.
He has been asked by several MPs to also step aside from office, having been mentioned in corruption allegations.
