The two men were amongst 100 persons arrested last week over the stripping incidences that saw women, who were according to the said persons dressed 'indecently' undressed in public.
There were vicious protests from Kenyans over the incidences, with president Uhuru Kenyatta saying that there was no room for barbarism in the country in this day.
" It is unfortunate that in this day our mothers, wives and sisters can be subjected to such treatment. It must be stopped, he said.
The fate of the other persons arrested is yet to be known, with police sources claiming that most were released due to lack of evidence.
