Operators Warned Over Unlawfulness

The Imenti North OCPD MR James Kithuka has warned the
cart and wheelbarrow operators who had earlier yesterday demonstrated over the
charges that have been lately imposed over them from involving themselves in
Speaking in his office, Mr. Kithuka said that the operators
should remain calm until the Municipal council comes to a decision of either to
waver or to empower the new charges.
The operators have threatened to turn sour if the new law
of paying 20kshs every day will not be dissolved. The irate youths marched to
the DC offices claiming that they were being denied justice. They claimed that
the charges are not affordable per day.
