Nairobi - US President Barrack Obama has said that he will be back in the country after he leaves the presidency.
Obama says that he will be back in the country in future, once he leaves the presidency following the end of his term next year.
He stated Saturday that he agreed that he was not able to move freely during this trip because he had to respect his office as the President of the US and that in future he would be back to the country with his family.
" I can assure you that I will be back to Kenya after I leave office and I am sure that I will be back with Michelle and the girls who are very passionate about this country and especially because I have family here," he stated.
He also insisted that he would have something to bring back to Kenya after he leaves office.
" I will have humanitarian work to do not just here in Kenya but across the continent," he added.
Obama's wife Michelle and daughters Malia and Sasha did not come to Kenya for the visit due to his hectic schedule.
