ODM MP tells Raila to support UhuRuto in 2017

Nakuru - A member of parliament allied to the Orange Democratic Party (ODM) has said that the party and its leader, Raila Odinga, have no chance of ascending to power in 2017 because the Jubilee coalition has delivered and performed beyond expectations.
Nakuru west MP, Samuel Arama said that ODM and CORD should just support President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy to run for a second term as one way of evading a second embarrassment.
Speaking in Nakuru town over the weekend, Arama said the nation has developed full confidence in the Jubilee administration and it will be hard for the CORD coalition to get into power.
“The two boys, Uhuru and Ruto have performed beyond expectation and they have shown that they are not biased against any tribe in the country. I don’t see why Kenyans will not give them a second term and even a third if they want,” said Arama.

He added: “I am in ODM but I don’t see any chance of us capturing power from the Jubilee coalition. I want to tell my party to think of supporting Uhuru and Ruto for a second term in 2017.”
Arama said that he only used ODM as a vehicle of getting to parliament and has no choice but support Jubilee, which he claimed was his initial party.
“I was in Jubilee when it was being formed but I used ODM because I saw an opportunity of getting to parliament. In 2017 I will be back home,” he said.
