No dark forces in Kajwang accident

Nairobi - God saved the Kajwang brothers from inconceivable death or injury after they were involved in an accident in Narok, just a few weeks after the death of Senator Otieno Kajwang.
The three brothers, Moses, Tom and Joe were involved in the accident Saturday morning when their Mitsubishi Pajero overturned after their driver swerved to avoid hitting a pothole.
The four were not injured in the incident which saw the vehicle roll four times.
Moses, who is a Senatorial candidate in Homa Bay and who was heading in that direction for nomination campaigns, says that there was no malice in the accident, after the driver of the vehicle their driver was avoiding had been accused of in some quarters.
He says that they are believers in God and that his grace, nothing else, saved them from near death.
" Not at all. There has been no reason to suspect that there was malice. It was just a normal accident. Normal like the many that take place on our roads, he said.
He added that the driver of the vehicle their driver was avoiding prior to the accident was helpful in the aftermath of the crash.
" He did not run away. In- fact, he stopped and accompanied us to hospital then the police to record a statement, he added. WE did not see reason for malice," he added.
On the fact that those in the vehicle did not even get a scratch despite the Pajero being excessively damaged, he thanked God for their survival.
" We believe in God and thank him for our survival," he added.
The late Otieno Kajwang was also involved in an accident a few days to his death, a fact not lost on supporters and members of the public in general.
" Any connection? No. I do not think so, Moses offered as a parting shot.
