Nairobi - Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu will return to office after she was released by the Ethics and Anto Corruption Commision EACC over corruption related charges.
The EACC announced Monday that there was not enough evidence to link Ngilu to various misappropriations in the Lands ministry.
She had been accused by the EACC of involvement in the controversial 134 acre land grabbing incident in Karen Nairobi as well as other misappropriations at the lands office.
On the other hand Labour CS Kazungu Kambi and Michael Kamau of Transport were both recommended for prosecution and their files will be forwarded to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions DPP for charging.
Agriculture CS Felix Koskei has on the other hand agreed to testify against a Permanent Secretary to have his name cleared by the EACC.
All CS's had been suspended from office by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
