National Assembly pays tribute to the Late Kajwang

Homa Bay - The National Assembly on Wednesday afternoon adjourned business of the House to pay tribute to the late Homa Bay County Senator, Otieno Kajwang.
Members of all the National Assembly described Kajwang as a honest, hardworking and an astute lawyer who believed in the respect for human rights.
Speaker Justin Muturi led the MPs in paying tribute to the late Senator, describing him as a good debater who was well conversant with legal matters.
"He was a good lawyer who argued out issues soberly and everybody wished he was on their side," observed Muturi.
Suba Member of Parliament, John Mbadi said the people of Suba had lost another hero after the late Tom Mboya.
Ugunja MP, Otieno Wandayi said Kajwang was his political mentor.
Otieno Kajwang died Tuesday night of Cardiac arrest.
