Must try: Tantric sex

Nairobi - There is sex then there is Tantric Sex, sounds like
something complicated. Is it? Not really.
What is Tantric Sex?
If you are into quickie meals at Kenchic then this is definitely
not for you. Tantric sex is like eating at an Italian restaurant. It is long, slow and definitely deeply satisfying; the results are worth the effort
put into it.
Tantric sex is about prolonging the act and creating potent
sexual energy and intimacy with your partner. You see, when you rush into your
orgasm, you channel it all back into your body and
prolong the experience.
That is as layman as I can get.

It is definitely not for people who are in casual
relationships as it is very intimate. It is like a run in yoga, you take each
other’s breath, gaze into each other’s eyes, you also have to have a specific
setting; not just anywhere.
Some of you do not get how you could lay off orgasm, but
that is what tantric sex is all about, it is based more on the foreplay rather
than the finish line. There is use of massage on each other which is how you heighten
the senses but you are not allowed to take it all the way. You reach the peak
then pull back. This is not one sided but alternating. Breathing helps you keep
the connection with your partner. At one point or the other, we all wander of,
most of us do anyway, but in tantric sex, as your partner inhales you exhale
and vice versa, you just get lost in it.
Told you it is a lot
of work and requires a dedicated couple otherwise it will
all just be a quick romp. Try it. It can
make for good foreplay.
