Muchai murder trial to begin November

Nairobi - The murder trial of former Kabete MP George Muchai will commence in November.
Muchai was murdered February 7, 2015 by unknown gunmen in an incident along Nairobi's Kenyatta Avenue. He was shot dead along with his driver and two bodyguards.
Seven suspects have so far been reprimanded and will remain in remand until April 27, 2015 when the Nairobi magistrates court will hear their lawyers application for bail.
The murder trial will then commence on November 23.
seven suspects have so far all denied the murder charges.
They are Erick Muyera Isabwa, Raphael
Kimani, Mustafa Kimani, Stephen Asitiva Lipapo, Jane Wanjiru Kimani, Margaret Njeri and Simon Wambugu Gichamba.
The seven have claimed that police have used excessive force and torture to ensure they agree to the charges at hand, a matter the court has promised to investigate in full.
