Nairobi - Lucy Mbugua has been recalled as CEO of the Kenya Airports Authority KAA.
The KAA board said Wednesday that it had it has recalled Mbugua, who had been suspended over the controversial duty free shop scandal.
Others recalled to duty are Procurement and
Logistics General Manager Hoba-Diuah Orora, Finance General Manager John
Thumbi and Corporation Secretary Katherine Kisila.
This is after completion of
preliminary investigations over the scandal.
The four had been sent on a
30-day compulsory leave from 19 February to pave way for an
independent probe into a deal KAA entered into with an international
firm to setup duty free shops at the Jomo Kenyatta International

Mbugua was appointed KAA boss in January 2014.
The current board is led by former Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo.
