Man injured for sleeping with somebody’s wife

17 June 2015, 13:10 Ben Wafula

Bungoma - A former Nzoia sugar company employee has been admitted at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret after his manhood was injured for making love to another man's wife.

The incident took place on Tuesday evening at Bukembe market in Kanduyi Constituency when good Samaritans informed the owner of the house, identified as Dismas Marumbu, that another man had taken over his responsibility in his rented house after he left to seek for the casual job in Bungoma town.

When Marumbu arrived in the afternoon, he broke the door of his house with the help of neighbours and caught the two lovebirds naked in bed.

“That is when the bitter husband jumped on the suspect and pulled down his manhood, leaving him writhing in pain while he continued boxing him,” said an eyewitness.

The culprit, who was only identified as Munene, was working at the factory but was sacked in unclear circumstances.

During the incident, the wife managed to flee to the nearest sugarcane plantation and has not been found since then.

Bukembe East Assistant Chief, Patrick Kwata cautioned men against seducing married women because it can lead to death.

The husband has vowed to teach his wife a lesson if she resurfaces.
