Nairobi - Orange Democratic Movement ODM Executive Director Magerer Lang'at has been summoned to appear before a disciplinary committee Monday.
Magerer is under investigation for alleged mishandling of affairs at the party's Orange House secretariat and has been accused by some sections of the party of being a Jubilee coalition mole.
He has also been accused of running party affairs in a haphazard manner.
And thus in a letter written to him Friday, he has been called upon to attend the disciplinary commitee meeting Monday at Orange House, 10.30 AM.
" You are hereby asked to note that this is a disciplinary meeting and you must attend in person," the letter in News24's possession read in part.
It is not yet clear whether he will heed the summon, even though he has indicated in the past that he does not fear any summon over his conduct by the party.

Other also expected to attend the disciplinary committee meeting are Nominated Senator Elizabeth Ongoro, the Majority Leader of the Nairobi County Assembly Elias Otieno and MCAs Samuel Nyang'wara (Viwandani Ward), Jeffer Kassam (Highridge) and Hellen Katangie (Nominated).
Otieno has already been found guilty of initiating violence last week which saw Lang'at beaten by him, a group of MCA's and unknown youth.
He has since been censured by the party and fined.
