Kakamega - A member of parliament from Kakamega County has threatened to mobilize his colleagues to deny the Judiciary funds.
Likuyani MP, Enoch Kibunguchy has said the Judiciary arm of government has been interfering with the way the national assembly operates, and they will not just sit and do nothing.
Speaking to journalists in his constituency, Kibunguchy, who referred to the recent high court ruling that declared CDF unconstitutional, said Judiciary should stick to its mandate of interpreting the law.
He said members of the national assembly may be forced to deny the Judiciary development funds, if they continue interfering with their work and fighting them.

“We will consider not giving Judiciary money for development if the interference continues,” said the lawmaker, who said the declaring of CDF illegal was wrong.
He said that the Kitty has helped uplift lives of many Kenyans and scrapping it will cripple the already initiated projects and lives of many poor children who are being helped through CDF bursaries.
Kibunguchy urged Governors to support MPs in their push saying that the money is helping people at the grassroots.
