Kuria wasting valuable court time

Nairobi - Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has been cautioned over wasting court time in pursuing matters that are already contested in court.
Kuria on Friday, lost his bid to block the Director of Public
Prosecution DPP's application to have his bail cancelled over continued hate
Magistrate Theresa Nyangena dismissed his
preliminary objection to the request, saying that Kuria’s
objections were based on facts contained in the DPP’s application, which
she was yet to hear.
She cautioned against further wasting the court’s time
and directed that they make their responses and submissions in the
shortest possible time, to allow her make an informed determination.
" I find it alarming that this matter has been treated with carelessness all factors considered," she stated.
The DPP got Kuria’s bond cancelled in a hate speech case he is
facing after he allegedly publicly called for
the assault of those opposed to National Youth Service projects.
He has since argued that a bond is his constitutional right and that he should be allowed to defend himself."
