Nairobi - Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria has said he will apologize to Deputy President William Ruto for fixing him at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Speaking in an interview on a local TV station Tuesday, Kuria said he also owes Kenyans an apology over the matter.
“I will apologize not only to Ruto but to all Kenyans. I said sorry to the parents of Joshua Sang’ and I will say so to Ruto and his family,” Kuria said.
He maintained that both ODM and PNU procured fake witnesses and presented them to the Kriegler Commission to defend their claims.

“The Kriegler report was a political affair. ODM procured witnesses to testify that PNU rigged the elections while PNU, on their part, procured witnesses to defend their win.
“How could such lies be used by ICC to charge Ruto and Sang’? Kuria posed.
According to the legislator, he has no regrets whatsoever for his confession.
“I have no regrets at all because my integrity is very important. What I want is the truth to clearly come out,” Kuria said.
He also refuted claims that he is being used by some political forces to push for the dismissal of the ICC cases saying he is mature enough to make his own decisions.
“I am 44 years old, I do not think anyone can force me to do something I do not want to do,” the legislator said.
