Nairobi - Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria says he was involved in fixing Deputy President William Ruto at the Hague and is ready to testify over the matter.
Kuria said Sunday in Mt Elgon that he was a part of a team used to procure witnesses to fix Ruto at the Hague and ensure he was answerable in his Crimes Against Humanity trial at the ICC.
When contacted by News24 on phone, Kuria said that he and Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua were involved in the plot.
" I have said it and I am ready to testify over what I did," he said.
On what exactly Karua, who was a Justice Minister during the time the plan was undertaken, did, Kuria asked that she be contacted and own up herself.
" I have said I was with Karua. She can tell you more," he added.
Karua was not available for comment despite efforts to reach her.
The revelation came during a Ruto and co accused Joshua sang prayer rally in Mt Elgon Sunday.
Ruto is battling claims by the prosecution at the ICC that he took part in the organization of killings in the Rift Valley during the 2008 Post Election Violence PEV.
