Kuria dares Raila, Nyong’o to take him to court over his ICC remarks

Nairobi – Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria has dared CORD leader, Raila Odinga and Kisumu Senator, Anyang' Nyong’o to take him to court over his remarks that the duo ‘fixed’ the Deputy President William Ruto at the ICC.
Kuria maintained that he has enough evidence to prove Odinga and Nyong’o contribution in fixing Ruto at The Hague-based court for perpetuating the 2007/8 post-election violence.
“I am telling Odinga and Nyong’o to take me to court today as a certificate of urgency and am ready to go to jail if this letter they wrote to the UN Security Council was not written by ODM,” said Kuria while displaying a letter written and signed by Nyong’o in 2011 demanding the Council to ensure Kenya’s ICC cases at The Hague are prosecuted without deferment or referral.
The Gatundu South MP asked the duo to desist from disowning and threatening to sue him and appealed to them to come out and join him in confessing the ill they committed to have Ruto wrongly face charges against humanity at ICC.

“I said, I have said and will continue to tell ICC that those cases were only political witch-hunt between PNU which maintained that ODM was responsible for violence while ODM claimed that PNU rigged the elections,” said Kuria.
He also maintained that NARC Kenya chairperson, Martha Karua was a “defacto leader of PNU” in getting and coaching possible witnesses to testify against Ruto at ICC.
“Karua should stop threatening to sue me if I don’t apologize. In fact, she was the one who referred poached witnesses I had not known to me and took them to a certain hotel to write false evidence,” claimed Kuria.
Kuria disclosed that he had received a letter from Karua’s lawyer, Gitobu Imanyara demanding him to apologize before Wednesday failure to which he risks facing legal action.
