Kidero promises to work with Nyanza leaders

Migori - The Nairobi County governor, Dr. Evans Kidero, on Friday promised to work with other leaders in Nyanza region to spur economic growth in the region.
Speaking in Awendo constituency during a fund raising ceremony to aid St. Mark Tom Mboya Secondary School, Kidero stressed the importance of unity in development.
He challenged leaders to avoid too much politics and concentrate on their mandates to the people who voted for them.
Kidero also dismissed rumours that he is a rebel in ODM, saying that it is time for and work and people must be united for the common course which is developing the country.
He gave KES 2.5 million to help in building the school which is named after his father-in-law.
President Uhuru Kenyatta contributed KES 1million, Deputy President KES 0.5 million, migori County government KES 0.2 million whereas chief guest Stanley Kinyanjui gave KES 1.5 million.
Other leaders present included the Migori County Senator, Hon. Wilfred Machage, area MP, Hon. Jared Opiyo, Migori County representative, Hon. Denitah Gati, Deputy Governor, Mwita Mahanga amongst others.
