Nairobi - Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero is the most unpopular County leader in the country, a poll has said.
Kidero, together with Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma have been polled as the most underperforming Governors in the country in a new poll released Wednesday.
In a poll sponsored by the Constitution and Reform Education Consortium, the poll said that 53% of Nairobi residents were unhappy with what Kidero had served up thus far.
Ranguma also polled badly, 67% of respondents saying he was underperforming.
Issues such as service delivery, the state of roads and garbage collection were high on the agenda of those unhappy with their leadership.
This follows a revelation by Kidero that the Nairobi County Government is running on a KES 21 billion revenue deficit.

He also said that despite the hardships, no one was complaining.
" You can see how hard it is to operate in the current environment but no one is complaining, he retorted Wednesday.
Mombasa county's Hassan Joho has a positive 61% rating, Trans Nzoia's Patrick Khaemba 59%, Julius Malombe of Kitui 57, Lamu's Issa Timamy 50.
