Nairobi - Kenya Airways has suspended direct flights between its Nairobi hub and Blantyre in Malawi from March 17, 2014 to March 29, 2014.
A statement from the company said the flights had been suspended following the closure of the Chileka Airport in Blantyre for maintenance work on the runway.
“All guests flying to Blantyre will be rerouted though Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, Malawi,” said part of the statement from Kenya Airways.
Those who had already booked to travel during that period have been asked to contact the company for re-booking or rerouting or refund before 24 March, 2014.
