Nairobi - Under arrest Transport Cabinet Secretary Michael Kamau is escaping arrest and cannot be found, officers from the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commision EACC has said.
The Commision complained in court Tuesday that Kamau, who had been ordered arrested last week was nowhere to be seen and could not be found.
The submission was made at the High Court in Nairobi.
