Nyeri - Mukurweini MP, Kabando wa Kabando has complained of receiving threats over remarks he made recently about graft in government.
Kabando said President Uhuru Kenyatta is incorruptible and must be told when all is not well.
“Stop calling or sending emissaries to me that Boss is unhappy with me. My statement was very clear and conscious. King must be told all is not well out here or in there,” said Kabando in a statement.
He added that he will not accept to be blackmailed or intimidated by imposters.

“Days when brokers and charlatans used to intimidate/blackmail elected officials to toe official yapping irritating loyalties are long gone. When His Excellency wants to reach me, he does so directly or through known formal channels. And I contact him directly too,” said Kabando.
“Am in Jubilee but won't Jubilate impunity. Spare me your political brokerage services,” he added.
Kabando had asserted that Uhuru’s government was captive of graft merchants and asked the President to dissolve his Cabinet saying it comprises lazy and incompetent officials.
He added that he would support a motion calling for impeachment of any cabinet secretary.
