Jonathan Butler coming to Nairobi

Nairobi - Kenyans are in for a treat at this year’s Safaricom International Jazz festival after the organizers announced that Jonathan Butler will be gracing the stage in what is set to be the best jazz experience in a long time.

The Grammy award nominee is one of the biggest acts to come out of Africa to the world and is hailed as one of the all-time greats in the Jazz scene.

His style of music, being referred to as a splendid mix of Rhythm and blues, jazz fusion,contemporary worship music, is one of a kind and will leave you hungry for more.

The event which is on 22 February at the Ngong Racecourse grounds will be the first of many Safaricom International Jazz Festivals, bringing to the Kenyan stages some of the best talents from across the world.

The South African born Butler according to the organizers, was chosen as the headline act for the first show of the year to give fans a taste of what is in store for them through 2015.
