Jaguar the highest earning Kenyan musician

Nairobi - Monday night at the Music Copyright Society of Kenya MCSK awards, Jaguar was nominated as the
highest earning artist after his songs received the most plays of all the
artists in the country. This came as no surprise for most Kenyans because of
the quality of music that they are used to getting from him.
He has made his mark
on the scene and rightfully earned the award for performances in songs like
Kigeugeu, Kioo and Kipepeo, which have captured the hearts and minds of the
thousands of fans that he has across Africa.

" Yesterday marked
another milestone in my music career. MCSK awards 2014. Thank you all for

" As I hold on to this award I'd like to give a
vote of thanks to all the stations - both radio and television, deejays,
presenters and all the fans who kept requesting for my songs. I wouldn't have
done this without you. We did it. The MCSK Galla awards 2014 - Highest royalty earner," he added.
The MCSK entails to give locals acts a chance to get some earnings directly from their music.
