Nairobi - Officials and detectives from the International Criminal Court ICC are expected in the country to grill Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over a witness fixing plot he has alleged took place.
The officials will arrive in the country Wednesday.
They will grill Kuria over his claims Friday.
" They are expected in the country Wednesday and will meet Kuria on Friday," an official at the Attorney General's office told News24 on condition he not be named.
The officials are expected to take statements from Kuria regarding his allegation that he and NARC Kenya leader Martha Karua fixed witnesses to testify in the trial against Deputy President William Ruto.
Karua has thus far denied the allegations and sued Kuria as a result.
Kuria though has stated that he is sure he knows what took place.
He has also accused CORD leader Raila Odinga of fixing Ruto, together with Siaya Senator Prof. Anyang Nyon'go.
Both have also denied, while in the process shifting the blame to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
