Heads roll after KPL violence

Heads are rolling just a day after the match between AFC leopards amd Gor Mahia was marred with violence.
FKF have suspended with immediate effect the KPL Head of Security GMT Otieno on what he termed as gross mismanagement of the league affairs. Mr. Otieno has also been accused of high handedness.
“We have suspended GMT Otieno from all soccer activities. He is the head of security and yet there has been numerous cases of insecurity. The is incompetence and we cannot allow that”, said Nyamweya in a statement.
Also, FKF has said that they will be taking charge of all security arrangements for all KPL matches and have also given the KPL 48 hours to explain what transpired on Sunday, failure to which they will take action.
Also the match between Gor Mahia and AFC leopards in the KPL Top 8 tournament has been taken to the Mbaraki Stadium in Mombasa and FKF says they will limit tehe number of tickets for the April 1st match and put stringent security that will act as an example.
