Hakuna Matata festival returns

Nairobi - The Hakuna Matata festival, one of East Africa’s fastest
growing events, is back yet again, this time taking fans and revelers to the
county of Machakos.
The festival brings the fun, food, games and music to the
Machakos peoples park, where it is expected to attract huge crowds of locals.
The previous installment, which was at the Graceland in Kajiado, was a total failure
due to harsh weather conditions.
People in attendance had to party in the mud
and rain, with many opting out of the experience.
With the previous event in mind, this new installment has
some serious making up to do, making this one of the must attend events of
It will be held on the 29th of August from 2pm to 6am.
Information on ticketing and performances is yet to be released, but is
expected to be in the coming weeks.
