16 January 2015, 19:16
Nairobi - On a sad note for the gospel industry,
gospel superstar Gloria Muliro best known for producing hits like Matokeo and
Kitanzi featuring Willy Paul has divorced her 5 year husband and manager Pastor
The news was confirmed by a source who didn’t want to be named in
this article. This is sad news for many fans who had over the years seen the
couple flourish in their relationship and music. It however was not the same on
the inside as it was on the outside, with allegations of infidelity against
Pastor Omba being cited as the reason behind the two breaking up.
Gloria earlier this morning posted a
picture with a subtle but straight forward message of encouragement which said, "No matter what you go through, you are destined to shine."
Her fans have shown
her a lot of support with messages like “Dear Gloria, I shed tears today on
reading blogs on your marriage. To imagine that you have kept on in the face of
that kind of trouble is simply evidence of God's grace. Always looking
beautiful, giving it your best and ministering to many. I agree that no matter
what you go through Gloria, you will shine. Many including myself have been
through broken marriages and today, they are shining. It pricked me to read your
story. Keep at it Gloria, you will go through and come out stronger in the
Jesus Name.” and “Amen dear. I like everything about you. God will give you the right man.”
Pastor Omba also give a subtle message of
what seems to be apology through a song that he released
2 days ago called Sibanduki, which spokes of how he lacks direction but God
will show his the way.
