Gachagua back home after three months treatment in UK

Nyeri - Nyeri County Governor Nderitu Gachagua is back in the country from the UK, where he had gone for specialized treatment.
Gachagua, who has been in the UK for three months is expected to attend a thanks giving mass at Karatina Catholic Church parish in Mathira constituency on Sunday.
“My brother will be attending a thanks giving mass at 10.00am Sunday at Karatina Catholic Church and everyone who would like to join the family in the celebration is welcome,” Gachagua’s younger brother Geoffrey Rigathi said.

“There is no home coming ceremony, all the family is interested in is to giving thanks to God for healing him and we would want to have privacy in this matter,” he added.
He said the ceremony was a private family affair hence there would be no official preparations from the county government.
“The family is happy that he is well and ready to resume office Monday morning. We want to thank God for what he has done to the governor and his family,” Rigathi added.
