A middle aged ex- convict was sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday for defiling a 3 year old girl.
Stephene Gitatu Njoki was slapped the life sentence by the Principal Magistrate, Charity Oluoch, after being found guilty of defiling the minor at Kahawa last year.

The girl’s mother who witnessed in court said that when she prepared lunch on that material day she went out to call her children and that is when she found her child with the accused.
She raised alarm and the accused was arrested and the minor was later taken to Hospital for medical examination and treatment.
