Justice and constitutional affairs minister Eugene Wamalwa has warned Kenyans against spreading rumours that recent attacks that led to lose of lives in several parts of the country and especially in the two churches in Garissa as well as the Ngara church and Mushomoroni grenade attack was based on religion.
The Saboti constituency legislator says the recent bombings are not a Muslim fight against the Christians, but rather they are terrorist’s attacks and that the government will not relent in fighting against the terror group.
At the same time, Wamalwa added that parliament is in the process of initiating anti-terrorists bill that will help form institutions to fights terrorism.
Wamalwa’s sentiments go hand in hand with president Kibaki’s reiteration that the government will not in any way relent in the fight against any terror group.
