EACC: Report graft without fear

11 February 2013, 11:34John Achwanya

The EACC held a public meeting at the Uhuru gardens park in Kericho town on Friday with the aim of educating and creating awareness of the existence of the organization and its activities in the country among the people of this country.

The meeting was presided over by the County Commissioner and other leaders and activists from the county.

In his speech, the county commissioner advised the public to report any suspicions of graft anywhere in the county without fear.

He said this should be done immediately on sight.

The County Commissioner also advised government staff not to throw away the data and assets that belonged to their various departments because the transition from the old form of gorvernment to the new one was already over, saying that everything was yet to be registered and that they should carry on with the final steps of movement to the new form cautiously.
