Duale's 'big mouth' hurting government's image

Nairobi - National assembly majority leader, Aden Duale is becoming more of a liability to the Jubilee government, an MP has said.
Kuresoi south Member of Parliament, Zakayo Cheruiyot said that Duale’s ‘big mouth’ is harming Jubilee’s reputation and called on him to ‘sieve’ the words that come out of his mouth.
Speaking at Kuresoi town on Monday, Cheruiyot said that some remarks being made by Duale are doing more harm than good to the Jubilee government.
Cheruiyot said that the harsh words being used by the majority leader at times and his dirty language are some of the things which portray the government in bad light.
“The majority leader got to power and forgot that one day he will be out of that position. Power had corrupted his mind and he can say whatever he feels like anytime but this is tarnishing the image of the Jubilee government. It is not a must that he talks. If he has nothing to say let him keep quiet,” said Cheruiyot.
He added, “He might think he is defending the government but I want to tell him that his unwarranted attacks on people are hurting the government’s image.”
Cheruiyot called on Duale to seek advice from people like him on how to defend the government without hurting its image.
