Garissa - National Assembly Majority Leader and Garissa township Legislator, Aden Duale, had dismissed claims that he was hatching a plan to heckle Garissa County Governor, Nathif Jama, during President Uhuru Kenyatta's expected visit in the area.
When asked about the claims, Duale said that those were petty accusations peddled by his rivals.
"That is trash," he responded without divulging further details.

It was alleged that the Legislator met 200 youths at Iftin area in Garissa last week, where among other thing, plans to embarrass the Governor during President Uhuru's tour in the area were discussed.
The post attracted heated arguments with various comments made hinting a major face-off between Duale and Nathif's supporters.
Nathif and Duale have on various occasions shared podiums to promote unity in the area despite previous claims of existing supremacy battle in the larger Garissa County.
These claims come even as President Kenyatta plans his long awaited tour of North Eastern region next week. For the latest on national news, politics, sport, entertainment and more follow us on Twitter and like our Facebook page!
