Don Rawzi collaborates with Jamaican artist in new reggae hit

Nairobi - One of the least exploited genres of music in the Kenyan industry is without a doubt Reggae.
The music, generally associated with the Jamaicans, just doesn’t seem to have caught up in terms of artistry in the country, save for a few exceptions here and there.
One of these exceptions is Don Rawzi, a Kenyan who performs the musical genre. He has just released a new track titled “Call me” featuring Jamaican artist JahStranjah.
Though the track might feel a lot more Jamaican than Kenyan, the representation of a Kenyan in the reggae scene comes as a huge boost for the almost forgotten art in this country.
It has a dancehall/reggae high-breed beat and tune which makes it even more exclusive. The video which according to the producers was shot in “Virginia Beach by Cetre Pegues and Lance Williams” and features a lot of beautiful faces and that chilled out and laid back Caribbean feel to it.
