'Disrespectful' Mutua has ignored Senate twice

Nairobi - Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has twice ignored a Senate team investigating his alleged mistreatment of his deputy Bernard Kiala.
Senate Tuesday summoned Mutua to appear before it after he once again failed to show up for a hearing over the state of the Machakos office.
Mutua once again failed to appear before Senators and despite sending an apology, this time it was not accepted.
" He is disrespecting the Senate and this cannot be condoned, Committee head Amos Wako told the press Tuesday.
Wako also accused Mutua of wasting the Committee's time with his failures to show up.
" It is a waste of time and resources and this time we order him to come before us in the name of a summon," he added.
Mutua and Kiala have not been seeing eye to eye over the past three years.
Mutua is unhappy that Kiala supports the leadership of the CORD coalition whilst he does not and thus relations between the two have broken down to the ground.
He has also previously stripped Kiala of his duties in a bid to sideline him.
He also allegedly took away his official car and security as their feud goes to yet another level.
