Nairobi - Directors of land buying firm Kihiu Mwiri have been ordered to report to the CID headquarters Friday to explain the murder of over 10 of their colleagues this year alone.
CID director Ndegwa Muhoro ordered the Directors to appear before his office Friday morning to explain the mysterious murder of 8 directors of the firm.
The firm has seen most of its leadership hit by the killers who are yet to be known.
" There has to be an explanation for the killings which we believe the directors know about or have a rough idea so we want them here to explain what is going on," Muhoro told News24 Thursday.
Muhoro was part of the meeting convened by acting Lands Cabinet
Secretary Fred Matiang’i to discuss the issues facing the land
buying firm whose directors are living in fear after the gangland style executions.
This is after 2 more directors were executed in cold blood Wednesday. Also in the meeting was Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet.
The firm is said to own over 6,000 acres, whilst the persons who are behind the killings are not known to police.
