Deputy P.M Mudavadi hunts for votes in Washington DC

24 September 2012, 13:37Roggers Momata

Kenya’s Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Musalia Mudavadi is currently on a tour to the US in a bid to woo the Diaspora votes. The Sabatia Member of Parliament who’s also eyeing the Presidency seat come March 2013 is set to meet Kenyans based in the Diaspora in an organized tour which is scheduled to last till 28th of September, 2012.

Among the matters of discussion that he looks forward to shed more light on would include the development agenda that the country has managed to achieve in the recent past and what he promises to deliver to Kenyans once elected to the highly contested seat. Most notably, Kenya’s blueprint Vision 2030 would be one of the vital issue he would base his support on given the fact that in his manifesto, development goals have been his main core objectives to the great nation; Kenya.

The Kenyan Embassy in Washington, DC has invited all Kenyans residing in the States to have a date with the Honorable Deputy Prime Minister on Thursday 27th of September, 2012. The meeting has been scheduled to commence from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in Washington, DC.
