Delight for Kenyans as fuel prices fall once again

Nairobi - Fuel prices in the country have once again fallen, after the latest price review by the Energy Regulatory Commision ERC.
The new price schedule released by the ERC Saturday will see, super petrol retail at KES 84.71 after going down by KES 8.17 in Nairobi. Diesel will sell at KES 75.52, with a reduction of 7.83 while Kerosene has also gone down by KES 13.19 and will now retail at KES 52.40.
The latest review followed an earlier one in January which saw prices fall by as much as KES 9.
In Mombasa, a litre of super petrol will retail at KES 81.42, diesel at KES 72.25 while kerosene will sell at KES 49.69.
In Nakuru, motorists will fork out KES 85.49 foir a litre of Super, and will see diesel retail at KES 76.46 and kerosene at KES 53.26.
Further, Kisumu petrol will sell at 86.70, diesel at 77.67 and kerosene at KES 54.28, while in Eldoret super petrol will retail at 86.63, diesel at 77.60 and kerosene will sell at 54.29.
The changes have been effected after a global drop in world fuel prices.
