Nakuru - Kuresoi south Member of Parliament, Zakayo Cheruiyot has accused deputy President, William Ruto of cutting the hand that fed him politically.
Speaking at kuresoi trading center Monday when he donated motorbikes to youths, Cheruiyot said that it is wrong for Ruto to start attacking people who helped him politically and told him to re-think his move.
Cheruiyot accused Ruto, of turning him and Bomet governor Isaac Rutto into enemies after he got political power.
“If my memory serves me well, Governor Rutto and I were the people who molded the deputy president politically and stood with him when he needed us most. We invested so much in forming URP but the way we are being treated now is so saddening,” said Cheruiyot.

He added, “The deputy President got power and decided to cut the hand that fed him but I want to tell him that he should not turn his people into his own enemies because what will happen when his new friends turn to be his enemies.”
Cheruiyot vowed to stand by Governor Rutto and said that he will fully support his 2017 presidential bid.
“The same way I supported deputy president Ruto in the same way I will support Governor Rutto in 2017 if he decides to stand,” he said.
