County Commissioner warns terrorists, poachers

Nakuru - Nakuru County Commissioner, Birik Mohamed Birik has given stern warning to poachers, criminals and terrorists that they will not have a chance to carry out their illegal activities in the area.
Birik has said they will not give poachers, terrorists and thieves chance to disturb the peace of Nakuru residents.
He asked all security apparatus in the county to be vigilant and also arrest and prosecute thugs, hooligans and those who intimidate others in the county.
“You should report those who are suspicious and give information that can lead to arrest of people who cause insecurity,” he urged the members of public.
Birik, who was speaking during the one year of devolution celebrations in Nakuru County, praised Governor Kinuthia Mbugua and promised to work with the governor to steer the county to development.
He went ahead to urge all leaders of the Nakuru county to work with the governor for the sake of development.
