Nairobi - For the first time in Kenya, country music lovers get a
chance to celebrate their beloved genre of music in what is called the Boots

will be a fun filled family day combining country music with activities
and competitions for all the members of the family. It brings to the foreground
a genre of music that has been listened to for centuries, and appreciates the
“Cow Boy” culture that it brings, mixing it up with some Kenyan flavour.
The festival welcomes South African born singer CC Lamondt,
releasing her second album “It’s Personal”. She will be joined on stage by
country music legends The Rocking Horse and Kenya’s very own country music
artist Elvis Otieno and the band Mojo.

14th of March, the day of the event.
