Candidates caught with KCSE papers on WhatsApp

Mombasa - Three Form-Four candidates have been arraigned in the Mombasa Law Courts for being in possession of 2014 Kenya Certificate of Secondary School Examination materials.
The court had that on November 4 at Chandria Center within Mombasa County, the three; David Musyoka, David Gahaki and Dennis Ndung'u were found with different images of copies of the 2014 CRE paper.
Musyoka, Gahaki and Ndung'u were charged with possession of CRE Paper 1 questions on a WhatsApp account.
Gahaki was separately charged with possession of a printed Chemistry Paper 1 questions.
They denied the charges and were released on a bond KES 200 000 with a surety of similar amount.
The case was set to be heard on December 2.
