Nairobi - ODM rebels Ababu Namwamba and Magerer Lang'at say that they are in the party to stay, despite reports they are seeking an exit plan.
The two stated Wednesday that they will not leave the party and are looking for solutions to making the party better and better with time.
And that together with Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and Wundanyi MP Gideon Mung'aro, they are all in the CORD coalition.
This follows yet another meeting by the four Wednesday at a Nairobi hotel.
" This meetings do not mean that we are leaving the CORD coalition or ODM as a matter of fact. We are all still in the party to stay and that will not change," Ababu said.
Magerer too said that he feels there is too much anti ODM noise for comfort.
" There is too much false information. I am still in ODM CORD and so are my colleagues," he said.
They added that they are all strategising for the betterment of the party.
" The party will only gain from us meeting and offering solutions for the future and that is what the party needs, Ababu added.
